How can one say na hindi nakakaabala ang ganun kahabang motorcade, sa Edsa pa ng weekday rush hour? Yun lang may masiraan na isang sasakyan, thus having motorists cram into another lane to pass it, nagkakatraffic na, eto pa? If they were moving at the same rate all traffic moves, then siguro pwede pa. Pero I'm assuming they weren't, and as some reports had it, they were stopping. Tsk Tsk!
