wag na lang pare. malicious mischief yan under art. 327 ng revised penal code, "deliberately causing damage to the property of another..." ikaw na ang lalabas na aggressor nyan kac u hav intent na . u cant invoke self-defense kac pag nakalayo na yung sya, the "threat" (though i wont call it really as a form of force or violence) has already passed. wat u r going to do is simply a form of retaliation wich in the absence of force or violence, kalaboso ka. ang violation nung ogags ay traffic rule lang, samantalang if u break his window, u will fall under the purview of the revised penal code. thats the sad truth, sometimes i think dat some of our laws must be amended, given the harsh reality nowadays; some of our laws tend to mould us into martyrs! haaaay....
