i just want 2 share the story encounter by my friend last week.he was eager to buy a brand new starex crdi old generation.in fact,pinadeposit siya ng car dealer kasi accdg dun sa sales agent nila meron pa available 3 units color white & they settle their agreement.constantly,follow up siya regarding sa status ng van kasi alam niya paubos na yan.after 1 week,he got a call from his sales agent at pinababalik na sa kanya ang deposit money ng unit.accdg daw sa management,kelangan daw priority nila financing at wala na daw bibigay mga freebies like free insurance.
tama ba ginawa nila ito???sana may makatulong sa problema ng friend ko.kaya kung bibili kayo ng van dito sa car dealer mag dalawang isip muna kayo.baka mangyari din sa inyo nangyari sa kaibigan..

hindi lang hyundai, pati ibang car dealership ganyan din, specially pag limited lang ang stocks ng mga units (vehicle) or in very high demand. may "DEALERS INCOME" kasi kapag kasama financing, at malaki ang percentage ang nakukuha nila. kung sakali financing kailangan mo dumirecho ka sa bank at makikita mo ang difference in terms of their rate...

PATI INSURANCE MAY KICKBACK DIN SILA...

tell your friend na ipaglaban mo, whag tangapin ang isauli na deposit. better report it to the DTI and ask for a representative to come along with you kung hindi nila ibigay kaagad ang sasakyan sa inyo...

I think gusto niya ng old gen, dahil:

1. mahal masyado ang 'gen4' na Starex for the same variant ng 'gen3'
2. (mas mahal na nga),- strip down version pa ito.

Bottomline, double-whammy vs. their customers ang "offer" ng Hyundai sa kanilang bagong Starex...

okay rin suggestion ni horsepower iwas hassle, pero before doing that, call the Hyundai C5 Dealership first and inquire with regards to the availability of the unit and the usual freebies that they give. furthermore ask if they can give the unit to you without having the car financed via/by their company. baka tulad din iyan sa abad santos dealership.

with regards to hyundai abad santos, iyun free insurance, etc. mayroon ba naka specify na kailangan naka finance sa kanila bago mo ma-avail iyan?

1st month interest goes to the dealer kaya gusto nila financing - puwede ka kumuha ng BPI 1 year financing zero interest yon tapos canvass ka ng insurance sa labas mga 50% cheaper yon

I think kasalan ng SA yan, in her/her eagerness na makabenta eh hinde muna niya nilinaw sa management yun priority sales nila..but we can't blame them dahil humahabol sila ng quota and commission.....or baka bago rin lang siya and excited maka close ng sale...

if X'mas is not around the corner and sa akin nangyari yan I will assert my rights din siguro, pero since X'mas naman and kung hinde naman talaga nagmamadali na makuha yun unit, just forget it and get from their other branch, kasi if you complain sa management they might give you the unit but in the expense of job tenure ng SA, at baka ma-fire siya eh X'mas pa naman...hehehehe

kaya gusto niya old gen. dahil mas comfortable ride ang van,roomy at nagrotate yun seat.yun bago starex alam natin mas maganda ang mukha pero yun back seat masikip at d mona maatras.ganda feedback yun old gen.
tungkol naman dun sa agreement,wala nasaad sa papeles nila na pwede irejek ang offer nila.beside they already settle d agreement
