I'm also awaiting for the answer, how can you determine whether it's an emergency or not?

Yes there are unruly ones. Pero diba Mapa pribado or gobyerno meron naman talaga.

Always give benefit of the doubt.

To add up pag nasagi ka pa nyan ikaw din talo.

    Mobile ng pulis/ambulansiya/bumbero

We can never tell if may emergency naman talaga or wala.

    Same here from government too.

Last week nasa davao ako yung designated driver ko for 1 week matino talaga kahit speed limit na 30kph sinusunod niya. Langya ambagal namen kahit maluwag ang kalsada. Kahit kasi red plate tinutuluyan dun.

i have noticed, red plates and ambulances seem to do away with road rules more than the other plates..

Since I live in the suburbs, what I hate most is the habit of people to drive on the left lane. Mapa-tricycle, motor, jeep truck, kotse.... Basta mabagal, nasa left lane. Isa pa is using the right free lane to counter flow. Oh well, I chose to live here. You can't get the best of both worlds.

Bad motoring etiquette: What you hate the most.
