Could be a case of dad builds the business and child wrecks havoc.

I noticed that the 3M tint with the non-digitized outline from the CASA fades...

when my gf's mom had the tint installed yung Jess ang nakausap nya... kaso pumunta kasi si tita ng province so before ma-paso yung 1 month na sinabi nung Jess na pwede papalit kung may problema...inutusan nya yung gf ko na dalhin dun. ayun the red head hiphop guy na yung pinakausap nung Jess.

ang nakakapikon kasi was kitang kita na gasgas sa tint mi ayaw nila kapain ng kuko para ma determine na talgang sa tint. tapos there he was kept on yapping kahit wala pa akong sinasabi. i was calm and i when i talked to him calmado parin ako and he still kept on yapping. don't know kung sya yung dad o anak but when i asked Jess kung yun ba may ari... oo naman sagot nung Jess.

CZ, i was polite to him dahil ako rin businessman. kung may rekalmo sa gawa namin. we do what we can to satisfy the customer. don't know bakit ganun yung guy sa Bionic but he was really out of line that time. and to think he has a big shop tapos ganun sya makipag usap sa complaits ng customer.

Thanks for the info sir impulzz, parang natakot na tuloy ako bumili ng rims and tires dun. Dun po kasi bumibili ng tires yung friend namin, so far ok naman and yung Jess din ata yung kausap nila.

sigurado anak yan... which they also consider as boss... No way he can maintain that kind of business with that attitude towards clients, much more start one by himself.

Went to Bionic a few weeks ago to pick up some matting I asked them to make and I also mentioned to the owner about the recent internet posts about his shop.

I was able to talk to the hip-hop owner of the shop (the father pala) to get his side. Actually, I forgot most of the details already since its been quite awhile now. But basically, what he said was that the FX was an old car so he wonders how they could be the one who damaged its windows esp. since theyve been doing car tinting for many years already.

By the way, I also had my multicab tinted there sometime ago and I didnt have any problem with them at all.

I guess we really have to look at both sides of the picture before making any judgement. I dont know the owner of Bionic well but in the few times I visited his shop, I never felt unwelcome or treated badly.

yes the fx was old, but waht we were complaining to him was the scratches on the new tint they installed. and , when my gf called me to go there since they would not even touch the tint to assess the scratch, pag harap ko palang sa kanya mataas na agad boses nya sa akin... tama ba nataasan mo ng boses ang customer? kahit na complaint yung hinaharap nya dapat maayos sya makipagusap. nung napalitan na yung tint at pinatingnan ko ulit sa tauhanna Jess, nakita nya na wala na yung gasgas sa tint. even the way they cut the tint sa edges bakubaku, pinatabas ko na lang nga sa installer, i hve had cars retinted sa banawe before and di ganun ang gawa tulad sa kanila... at di pa ako tinaasan ng boses.

yes they have been there for a long time... but let us say medyo badtrip yung tauhan that day na nag pa tint Tita ko... balbon yung pagkatrabaho nung tauhan nya nung araw na yun...sya pa rin sasagot bilang shop owner... and last how can he be 100% sure na di sila ang nakadale ng gasgsa sa driver side window... when i asked my Tita kung inspect nung owner ng shop yung car prior to tinting... hindi daw yung installer lang ang gumawa agad...mi hindi raw nakita ni Tita yung chinese guy... its not the age of the car...it's how you do your job and talk to your customers...kahit barok-barok pa english o tagalog o chinese mo sa tono pa lang ng boses alam ng kausap mo kung polite ka o naninigaw ka na.

well hope he changed na and i think the A.I. guys already talked to him beofre pa kayo nag kausap kaya iba na approach nya. since alam nya na alam mo na about this thread.

ah ok ganun pala... sorry ah, I dun remember the details of his side na so I'm not very reliable about it. Better if the Bionic owner himself read your post but I doubt if he will.

Anyways, just sharing my personal experience in that shop and that is I'm a satisfied customer there.

ok lang ryan, i remember it clearly kasi ako tinaasan nya ng boses...mga ganung experiences maaalala ko kasi ako ang binastos nya kasi... i was polite to him...yet he kept on yapping at a high tone... well good that he made you a happy customer and that my posting here may have had an impact on his customer relations...
