Don't worry mahaba naman pasensiya ko...hehehe. Under mega extreme circumtances lang naman ito. Madalas naman mataas naman boses nila for reasons, I think, as I have posted above. It would teach those toll operators a lesson or two about courtesy and abiding to their own rules.

Dapat nagprepare ka na lang ng exact amount para di ka nasigawan kasi exact toll lane naman yung napilahan mo. :D

January 4th, 2010 08:36 PM #16nope sir iba po yung naglakas ng boses na sigaw dahil sa hindi magkarinigan sa nagtaas ng boses na badtrip. And sa facial expression sa words na binitawan i think kahit na mahina pa yung boses or sumigaw bastos padin yung dating ng sinabi nya. "ohh ito na ang P2 para hindi na tayo magtagal" that's the exact words. And sir yung before nya sabihin yung "hindi kami nagbibigay ng sukli dito nasa exact tol lane ka!.." may hawak syang mga P1 coins na parang naglalaro ng chips sa casino while sa deal. Kung ayaw nya pala magtagal sana inabot nya na yung P2 since hawak na nya yung mga P1 coin.

January 4th, 2010 08:43 PM #17sir as I have said hindi ko po napansin na "exact toll" yung napilahan ko until sinigawan nya ako kasi nga po nagchange lane lang ako since nagclose yung counter napinipilahan ko. Alangan naman po na unahin ko pa tignan yung bubong ng toll gate tignan kesa sa kalye na posible ko makabanga. And meron naman po ako exact toll its just that it was not ready pero nung sinabi ko na eto na yung P18 akin na po yung P20 sumigaw ulit sya na parang siga na "ohh ito na ang P2 para hindi na tayo magtagal". Hindi ko na pinatulan kasi iniisip ko din yung mga motorist na nasa likod ko kung magtatagal pa ako dun para makipagsagutan sa kanya eh 1st impression ako ang mali since hindi nila naririnig yung pinag-uusapan and ako yung naka-block sa kanila.

Mahirap to conclude really since there could be a reason why he's upset just like how you missed the "exact toll lane" (although he should know how to handle it properly). Best thing to do really is to send an email to the NLEX management just so that they can be aware and they can remind their personnel to be helpful and polite at all times since they are frontliners. Before i got my EC Pass, my experience with their tollbooth personnel was always good (smiling and there's a matching greeting which i oblige in return).
I myself get miffed on the SLEX when guys go on the exact toll lane and insist on getting their change since i prepared my change even before travelling to avoid any inconvenience... same goes to those who block the ec pass lane during peak hours before squeezing into the toll booth lanes.

gago talaga yun teller, eh mali nila yun eh kung magsasara sila ng booth then dapat at least yun nakapila na 5-6 cars eh tapusin nila then yun beyond that ang palipatin tapos dapat i guide ng enforcers nila to the proper lanes.
