*OptimusPrime: Ganun talaga, lawyer sya nung mga mokong. He's being paid to protect their interests as any competent lawyer should. It's just his job.
Wala pa kasi tayong laws against drunk driving. It's just considered a traffic violation, I think. Di ko rin maintindihan bakit naglilimlim pa mga lawmakers (Senate, AFAIK) bago ito ipasa.
Mabuti na lang at walang namatay dito. If the drivers are bright, they should sue for damages.
Ang tibay nung Godzilla. You really get what you pay for. hehe

September 30th, 2012 12:40 PM #14Not to say being an accident victim is ever a good thing, but IMO those aggrieved here are in pretty good shape. Sure the driver has the money to pay for damages. Certainly much better than getting mowed down by a truck or jeep and having no real course of recompense.
