I had an emergency wherein i needed to bring my dying mother in law to the hospital, i had to go thru nlex, a. Bonifacio to chinese general.
On my way, tricycles wont give way, jeep still cuts me and some private cars dont even care to move to the inner lane.
Im just in a car without wangwang, just flashing hi beams,hazards and blaring horn. I dont know what these stupid people are thinking, maybe they are saying another arrogant driver or maybe natatae lang daw ako.

On the other hand, with the rate on how floods get very deep in the metro, one could use a jetski for faster response or direct search and rescue units to flood survivors.
