Mukhang talo nga si Major Marcelino dito. Nagkasagutan na sila ni Mang Raul at saka sabi ng NBI wala pa daw ebidensya ng suhulan.

Tsk tsk makakalaya na ang mga drug pushers.

Bilib din ako kay Dave Brodett. Binulgar niya and confirmed the
drug activities of his own nephew. Kahit sister-in-law niya dinawit
din!

Nakaka-amaze kasi tayong mga Filipino normally sobra maka-pamilya.
Pag meron wrongdoing isa sa kalahi natin pinagtatanggol natin kahit mali
or the least is tumatahimik na lang tayo.

Siguro meron malakaing hinanakit itong si Dave sa utol niya. Sabi niya
yung isang anak niya may cancer. Baka naman hindi tinulungan ni utol
kahit malaki ang kita sa drugs? Haka-haka lang po.

Kayo, how would you explain Dave Brodett's "abnormal" behavior?

, sana igamit ni Senadora Santiago ang galing niya at ipagtanggol ang kapatid nya sa PDEA para makulong at mabitay ang mga sumusuhol, tumanggap ng suhol at mga pusher at user na yan!

Masakit sa PDEA agents ang episode na ito. Alam nila guilty yung mga culprits pero wala silang magawa dahil sa technicality. Won't be surprised if one of them decides to do a "Dirty Harry."

Remember when Mayor Lim was police chief of Manila? Ang daming mga drug dealers and pusher na nagsilayas palabas ng Maynila.

dapat sisihin nila yung PDEA legal advisors nila.. hindi papalpak sa technicality kung talagang solido ang guidance nila sa operation, evidence handling at afidavit presentation.

Mukhang puro dakdak lang naman yung atty. lazaro ba yun.. sana inuna nya munang plantsado ang ebidensya at affidavits bago sinubmit the prosecutor even gave them an extension just to cope up pero ganun pa din.

as i've said kung me guidance ang legal dept. ng PDEA hindi masisilat yung kaso nila sa technicality. They are all to blame... just a devils advocate.. maybe they should also look into the matter maybe somebody among the legal dept got paid also para gawin intentionally ang nangyaring technicality...

Correction lang po. Hindi kapatid ni Miriam "Brenda" Defensor-Santiago si DG Dionisio Santiago. Si Benjamin Defensor po, na dati ring AFP Chief of Staff, ang kanyang kapatid (maiden name ni Miriam is Defensor).

AFAIK, younger brother ng dating PC Colonel Santiago (forgot his first name, yung dating LTO Chief, na member din ng RAM) si Dionisio Santiago.

They should've just killed these criminals. It would be a hard battle to keep them in prison.

I hope PDEA learns a lot from this.

Another thing they can do is kidnap criminals like these and torture them to death to extract information, then turn them into ashes and flush it in the toilet afterwards.

That suspicion is always over their heads. Couldn't this all be a zarzuela? the few good men may not be able to countermand the bigger force of 50million. They can always make molehills out of mountains. They can always de-emphasize the obvious in favor of the not-so-obvious.

here's the logic... the bribe issue came first sa bakod ng PDEA, the next thing happened eh binabato na nila yung dumi nila sa iba...

whoever got the first bribe offer gets to be the first suspect..

Apparently Mayor Lim's son was a beneficiary of the kapalpakan of PDEA and overzealous DOJ prosecutors too. Even though the good mayor publicly admitted his son is a druggie.
