have you seen them? nasa toll booth sila ng SLEX and NLEX, they are asking donations sa mga motorist pag meron sukli when you pay your toll.

I mean is this even legal? yun mga bata nakatayo doon eh ang init then mausok pa etc...

I just don't know kung whole day silang nakatayo doon but I think most probably andoon sila ng whole day...

hinde ba child exploitation ito? anong difference nila sa mga street children na ginagamit ng mga parents to ask loose change sa mga motorist while stop sa intersection?

I know na volunteers sila but kailagan ba talaga mga bata gamitin nila para makakuha ng donations?

sa lrt line 1 madami nito. mostly pag summer sila bumibirada.

what shadow is trying to say is the kids stand after the toolbooth... just before the automatic barrier...
dont know about the nlex part, but in slex covered naman... yun nga lang mausok and kung alanganing oras mainit...

the intention is good pero i think mahirap sa mga bata yun... kung child exploitation, maybe not, specially if they are volounteers for an ngo/nonprofit org... yun nga lang sana naman merong sensitivity yung organizer nila na wag naman dun at lalaki lang ang mga kulangot nila...
