    Hmmm....ako din skeptical, kahit sinong magulang pag ganun ang ginawa sa anak, hindi nya pwedeng palampasin. Lalo na't may posisyon at katungkulan. Didn't hear about this sa newspapers or any Cebu dailies. Cebu is a famous and influential province, and its governor is closely covered by the press and this kind of story should have seen print. IMHO, parang di totoo...

    incident was true. police official was Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Bureau (CIIB) chief pablo labra.

    the gov. didn't want to make some noise about it (remember the garcias own sunstar cebu) but i guess there were things that went on behind the news.

    incident happened last august if im not mistaken.
