Bro, if I may comment to your statement.

I am also a government employee and sometimes I use a government vehicle in some of my trips outside metro manila. While at first glance, a government vehicle parked in a mall seem to be wrong and unethical, there could also be justifiable reasons for it.

Example, I need to go to a branch office in Lucena City, and the main office is QC. The trip usually takes about four hours at the minimum, so if I leave QC at 9 am I would probably arrive in Lucena at the earliest 1:00 pm. Somewherse along the way, we we will need to eat our lunch. There is a possiblity that we might eat in a mall, since it has many restaurants to choose from. Now, I ask you, is this wrong or unethical?

I know its very easy to criticize the government because of the situation right now, but lets have an open mind and let us not jump into conclusions. Lets give each other the benefit of the doubt.

There are a lot of competent and hard working employees in government, let us not put them down.
