I prefer to do it both...hehehe! 15+5min is enough since the owner will leave his/her car for min 3hrs max 8hrs.

In the open parking area security is lax but in the covered parking it would be close to impossible since they have cams and guards all over the place.

Kayo talaga dini demonyo niyo ko. hehe. Baka naman kaya pangit car paint niya kasi may ginalit na rin siya before? hehehe

I like the pocketknife to the wheel sidewalls idea because I know that he'd be spending money on replacing those tires. Even better is GH's idea to stab 2 wheels. There's a BIG chance that I will chance upon that car in the parking lot again.

Then, get the knife, stab atleast 2 wheels.

After doing such evil action, run into your car and escape the parking lot like hell.

Forget the things that you are supposed to do, atleast you've got revenge from the person who wasted up your day.
