    I own a Revo DLX 2001. My front bumper had a slight dimple and some paint chips on it so I decided to have it repaired and painted in Ziebart Pasong Tamo. One reason why I chose this shop is that its just 2 buildings away sa office namin and very convenient para sa akin.

    Last Wednesday, I went to their shop to get my bumper repainted. Since bumper lang ang gagawin, they let me get my car and iwan na lang yung bumper sa kanila. When I was to get the car I noticed na puro lupa yung floor mat sa driver side. plus me sulat ng ballpen yung beige leatherette seat ko sa driver side. Since nagmamadali ako sabi ko bukas ko na lang ako magcocomplain pag tapos na pinturahan yung bumper ko.

    Thursday. I brought back the car again to them para ikabit yung front bumper. This was early morning. I went back to in the afternoon around 4pm to get my car. Sabi nila antay lang daw at tinutuyo lang daw kasi nilinisan nila. After 30 minutes, nainip na ako..I told them bakit antagal. Sabi naman ngayon sa akin na hinihigpitan naman yung mga screw. While waiting, they called my attention and told me to got to the cashier and pay the bill. The cashier handed me a piece of paper and wants me to sign on it. Nakalagay doon na if I sign that means na received ko na yung car in good condition. I said wait. I havent seen my car and you're asking me to signed this and pay?

    I hour passed and finally lumabas na yung car. I check on the front bumper. At first ok naman but when I looked sa gilid ng bumper hindi siya pininturahan. Ask ask them bakit? They said hinawakan daw nung installer habang basa pa. I said to them, malinaw pa ang mata ko and 20/20 vision. Its very clear na hindi talaga pininturahan yung both sides. Sabi na lang ibalik na lang bukas. When I entered the driver side, I got furious. Yung dalawang ballpen mark eh naging anim! Ano ba to! me bata ba na naglaro dito? puro sulat yung upuan ko! nagmadali sila to clean my seats. After one more hour medyo nawala yung mga sulat but you could still trace yung marks. Sabi nila tomorrow na lang din pag binalik ko. One more thing, I noticed kulang yung screw sa grills ko!

    It was almost 6pm ng umalis ako sa ship nila. Bumper lang pinagawa ko and yet ang daming problema. They brag about their 5 star rating sa dti and yet palpak naman yung trabaho nila. What more kung nagpa washover ako? Baka kung ano pa ginawa nila sa car ko.

    I would never bring back my car dito. I would not recommend this shop! Mga tsikoteers beware na lang kayo.

    Car body paintings/repairs are not done by Ziebart themselves as far as I know. Meyron silang Sub-Con and this Sub-Con work inside their premises complete with Ziebart uniforms. But the quality check is done by Ziebart employees.
    Maraming mayayabang diyan sa Ziebart pati yung Supervisor nila, I won't mention his name. I have this Old School Lancer Box Type before, this is actually my first hard earned car. One day, nagkaproblema timing niya/distributor cap/whatever, dinala ko siya sa Ziebart as malapit lang din siya sa office namin. For 30 mins, di ako pinansin nung mga tao dun, cguro dahil sa luma na yung car ko. Nauuna pa nga yung mga mas late sa akin with newer cars. Lumipat ako sa Mitsubishi motors, yun, ala pang 20 mins oks na car ko. Points lang ng Ziebart is they have ***y ladies out there.....he...he...
    Next time bro dalhin mo na lang sa Mitsubishi motors car mo, they do a good body painting repair their for any brands of car.

    What I have is a company car. I want our company to have an accredited motor shop aside from Toyota Pasong Tamo.

    bongLiza -> check ko yung mitsubishi dito sa pasong tamo. Wala naman akong nakitang ***y dito sa pasong tamo. Either payat o kaya naman healthy =P
    yah ur right also they give preference dun sa mga maganda at mamahalin na car. napansin ko yung isang isuzu altera na nilabas..yung isang bisor don eh nagmamadaling magpunas ng interior...kulang nalang punasan yung sapatos nung me ari na nakasakay na =)

    Nung una punta ko pa lang diyan sa Ziebarts sa Pasong Tamo parang diskumpiyado na ako quality ng service nila. Thank God di ko pinahilmusan sa kanila yung auto ko.

    I have yet to meet anyone that has something good to say about Ziebart's painting. We had a customer once who had his Corolla changed from Blue to Black, they did it in 3 DAYS!!!, pinatungan lang talaga, needless to say, after 6 months, blue paint is being exposed underneath the black paint and dami bula.

    Im not also satisfied sa painting job ng Toyota pasong tamo. One of my colleagues got his bumper repainted doon, as usual yung mga sulok sulok di napinturahan...yung mga hindi dapat pinturahan eh pininturahan
    and nawala pa yung mud guard niya! meron pa palang nawala...yung key chain nawawala din! yung susi lang ang binigay...puro ata tirador yung mga tao don!
