I don't think "maganda" would be the word for russian cars.
"Joke" would be a more appropriate word for it.

Google Yugo and you'll have an idea of what a Russian car is like. Yugo may not be Russian but it's exactly like the cars made by the communist block may even be above average. Ever see the Russian President riding in a Russian limo? He rides a Mercedes.

I don't think we're a viable market for the Russian auto makers, besides we don't even have much diplomatic relations with Russia.

That's because communist-made cars ARE ancient.
Seriously... do you know what the best-selling car in Russia is?
The only other manufacturers still selling cars this dated in the Philippines are the Chinese. Want something that feels Russian? Go look for remainder Chery Cowins or a secondhand Daewoo...
