160kph in spurts sa SCITEX, with sustained 140kph when the coast is clear. that was when i was still on my stock Aspec 185/70/r14. at that speed wala pa palag ang gulong at manibela, pero parang more of body vibration lang. sa wind drag siguro. medyo takot pa ako noon kasi nga di ko alam kung me mga speed marshalls or speed radar somewhere, or possibly baka mapabilis ang exit ko than the standard. hehe. kaya lang ngayon kasi i think i still have to do wheel balancing again with the new rota asterisk mags with new a.drive 195/55/r1, and possibly wheel alignment na rin. at exactly 100kph nag-vibrate na kasi siya. problem is 100kph seems to be strictly enforced na yata in both SLEX, NLEX, SCITEX and probably sa STAR tollway din sa batangas. so you can't just stay at 110kph (where the vibration starts to subside a bit) or faster, and sayang din naman kung naka-90kph ka rin lang or slower.

tanda ko naka 140kph ako sa slex at di umabot ng 1 minute man lang...hehehe.. pero i already drove at the speed of 200kph for about 12 minutes...walang bitiw with my 6 cyldr nissan laurel 240sgl... noong 1986 kasi yung damam-jubail hiway ay tanaw mo ahead as far as you could see at halos solo mo daan.

Sa sctex yan nung bagong gawa pa at wala pang nanghuhuli. Di ko na uulitin dahil parang sasabog na ang engine at di narin talaga kaya above 150 dahil nagpalit na ng slightly bigger tires.
