uncontrolled vehicle smuggling

Just a thought, why not declare that owning such vehicles as illegal? Or, if LTO has the balls, decline registration of vehicles with questionable origins? I think everyone knows the difference between a local/legal and the smuggled cars.

isa lang kakahinatnan ng magrereject sa mga smuggled vehicles sa LTO or kung sino mang pobreng makakahuli sa custom , SIBAK is the word.Cooperate or be terminated lang ang isa pang word dyan kaya napaka imposibleng makontrol yan.Ogag talaga mga magnanakaw na tao sa gobyerno!!
