Di sinasadya dun kami napadaan last Sunday.

According to some write-ups ay mas grabe pa sa Kennon. (Tour Pilipinas - Cyclists actually consider the Sungay road that connects Batangas and Cavite in picturesque Tagaytay more treacherous than Kennon Road. "Walang pahinga," says Davadilla of Sungay, a climb that could see the less conditioned riders preferring to walk their bikes rather than succumb to leg cramps.)

Also, for new drivers Please Do Not Try to attempt doing it. Gain muna ng experience.

Safety to all tsikoteers is our concern.

I've tried that sungay road but it was on the reverse route since we are from tagaytay to Buena Vista Country Club, Well it was really a good adventure to drive such stiff and into the edge of a mountain cliff. For me at least medyo sanayan na lang siguro kaso you must be 100% awake when you drive such terrain

sungay is a great shortcut going from tagaytay to batangas it cuts the trip to almost half...
but please do be advised that it is dangerous to pass thru that route during night time as armed men blocking the road with logs are rampant

yun nga yun. thrice or four times ko na yata nadaanan yan including yung fun run ng dc.org. yakang yaka ng newer diesel rides yan, may mga jeepney nga na bumibyahe dyan. malas mo lang kung may slow moving truck or jeep kang kasabay paakayat. hirap mag overtake, at lagi ka first gear.

you should also try the road going up mt. samat, mahaba na uphill climb with sharp hairpin curves. there are also similar but less known roads within laguna that offer the same thrill factor, like the roads connecting majayjay, luisiana, and lucban. pag nagkamali ka ng liko, sa ilalim ng bangin ka pupulutin.
