kunwari lang, pwera usog, that your car got so severely wrecked, as in hindi na safe idrive, or talagan nalamog ung body; ano usually nangyayari sa mga cars na to? jinajunk na ba kaagad?

kung me comprehensive insurance ka, would they give you an amount equal/nearly equal to the value of the car(current value, not purchase value, i guess?)

I have a relative who collects severely wrecked cars. They will rebuild it, repair it, and try to get it back to its running condition and then they'll sell it for a relatively cheap price.

Go to Calumpit Bulacan, there's a ton of wrecked cars being restored or chopped there. They also sell repaired cars cheap kaya lang minsan hindi maganda ang pagkaka repair. Lots of parts available there too galing sa chopped cars.

Hmmm... Pano ko ba iddescribe? Pangalan ng place is Capalangan. Di ko matandaan kung pang ilang bridge yun pero if you're coming from manila (via Mc-Arthur H/Way), thats a right turn kanto. Isama mo nalng si "magtanong" everybody in Calumpit knows that place.

The insurance will only pay the owner the seconhand value minus participation... I think. Kawawa ka lang kung over 3yrs yung kotse at percentage na ang participation.

actually, capalangan is a barangay of apalit, pampanga right after the town of calumpit, bulacan.

dami chop-chop parts dyan. kabalitaan nga lang na karamihan galing sa carnap or nakaw. hehehehe. OT na yata, sorry mods.

interesting. i saw this newsclip on cnn a few years back, about a transport shortage in nigeria. there's this clip where this guy was welding the front end of a vehicle onto the rear half of a nissan B)
