If you really have to smoke in your car, with the A/C on, crack open the window (a 1cm opening will do), turn up the blower and open the vent. Blow your smoke towards the window and keep your breathing stick near the opening too. Opening the vent will make your A/C system suck air from the outside (instead of recirculating the air inside) and promote positive pressure inside your car. The only way out for that air pressure (and the smoke) is through the open window.
Babaho pa rin oto mo nito. The smoke will adhere to the interior trims, especially sa adhesive nung headliner, and nicotine and tar will stain the headliner as well as your steering wheel and shifter (yung mga hinahawakan na parts). No amount of interior detailing, short of replacing the trims/headliner, will remove the residual smell. You might be able to mask the odor for a while, using air fresheners and such, but it will still be there.
