bro, you are partly at fault. you did not perform due diligence prior to buying the vehicle. whenever you buy a used car always bring your trusted mechanic to help you inspect the car. it doesn't matter if the vehicle belongs to a relative or a close friend. it's always wise to have the car inspected if you do not know the history of the vehicle.
