like nfs underground, carbon,most wanted and pro street..
does playing racing games helps you improve your driving skills ba?

kasi ako i spend much more time on playing racing games eh, pag nasa bahay lang ako...ang sarap kasi makipagrace eh....kakaadik....kahit sa pc lang.


actually, tapos ko na ung underground 2 eh tsaka most wanted...

but now, di na ako gaano naglalaro,..di kaya ng graphics eh...

I play most need for speed games that you said. But my favorite is carbon. daming options !

about the driveng skill, I don't think so because you do'nt hold a steering wheel, gearstick, and you don't step on the three pedals there. pero mas nasasanay ka siguro sa lula.

crazy kart, lvl 8 palang ako don! I like that game because our pc won't lag there much and it's the only online racing game I know. that's all.

Ako nagsawa na. I used to like racing games, even bought Logitech Momo Steering wheel for the PC and Rumblepads.

pero nung nagd-drive na ako, nagsawa na rin. I'd rather drive a real car. Ok na ako sa stoplight races. hahaha.

I played NFSU, NFSU2,NFSMW,NFS Carbon,TFATF:Tokyo Drift,Gran Turismo 3&4 on my ps2.

also tried initial d & wmmt3 sa arcades.

Most Wanted yung favorite ko from the NFS series.

Pero yung all time favorite racing game ko pa rin is yung GT4, hindi ako nagsasawa

played NFS underground 1 and 2, most wanted, carbon, pro street and next is undercover in a few days na lang hehe. di kinaya ng pc ko pro street. i always won the races sa carbon due to mahinang video card. mahina = normal gameplay meaning nakikita ko kelan ako kailangang lumiko w/out using the button na pampabagal ng oras para makapag manuever ng matino.

GT5 nalaro ko na rin. kaso ang pagiging realistic niya eh parang sumobra naman yata na naging OA yung ibang car controls.

crazy kart este korean games now suck.. puro mga rip off, wala na mga originality nila nowadays. they're like becoming chinese. chinese in a way like what that country sells. for ex: cars na rip off sa ibang manufacturer

anyway, yes playing helps BUT it doesn't improve you that much. madalas pa nga it makes you a dragster on a street pa lalo.. to help you learn driving without holding an actual car, siguro i'll suggest that you buy logitech's newest steering wheel beside the momo. the one that's with paddle shifters and clutch pedal. meron nga ba yun 6speed manual? hmm.. ayun. try those para muka ka ng nasa car then use it on games. gusto ko nga yun subukan sa GTA eh. hahaha

guys, bago lang ako dito sa tsikot.com...anyway, naghahanap ako ng mga group of gamers na naglalaro ng NFS Most Wanted. kasi ito lang ang magandang version ng NFS for LAN Gaming. baka puede naman akong sumali sa inyo. i already finished the game and also Carbon. nalaro ko na rin yung undercover at Pro Street, kaso bumalik lang din ako sa NFS Most Wanted. nakaka-adik yung game. kaya eto naghahanap ng makakalaban. baka meron kayong alam na naglalaro nito at ako mismo ang dadayo. gusto kong makita ang mga pambato nyong kotse sa NFS MW. at gusto ko rin malaman kung competitive ba yung skills ko bilang racer ng game na ito. Mitsubishi Evo 8 ang gamit kong kotse. nakasetup ng todo. sana matulungan nyo ako. two months lang kasi ang bakasyon ko dito sa pilipinas. puede nyo akong email sa jakemaawatan*yahoo.com, online din ako sa YM.

I play Test Drive Unlimited with a Logitech Momo wheel, kaso hassle ikabit yung wheel so madalas controller na lang. Tungkol sa tanong mo kung gaganda driving skills mo, depende kung arcade or simulator yan. Kasi kung arcade games like the NFS series, talagang wala masyadong realism, kita na sa steering pa lang, impossible magdrift ng ganun kadali lang. Kung simulator, may nabasa akong article sa topgear ata or sa C! na mga professional race car drivers nagppractice na rin sa simulator ngayon tapos nagseset pa ng lap records. Kinumpara ko yung test drive na laro sa simulator na game pa rin, ibang iba yung feel, sa cornering pa lang sa simulator konting delay sa brakes, out of the road ka na agad.

played nfs underground 1 at 2, most wanted, carbon, pro street, at undercover. yung last 2 nfs games, hindi ko pa natatapos at mas hirap ako kasi yung 2, hindi ko sa pc nilalaro, sa ps2 kaya nakakaantok minsan. masasabi ko, not realistic at only for enjoyment.

i also play initial d special stage sa ps2, nadownload ko langg yung .iso file sa *******. ang masasabi ko naman dito, parang pare-pareho lang ang mga kotse sa speed limit. handling lang ang pinagkaiba due to different drivetrains.

sa gran turismo series, i only played 2 and 4. yung 2, medyo hindi ko gusto kasi sa pc ko nilalaro via emulator. what i like is the 4th kasi yun talaga, masasabi kong close to reality ang dating, plus ang daming sasakyan! ang masama lang, 2 dvd nun, puro tinotopak kaya hindi ko matapos! car modification eh also close to reality. talagang macocostumize mo ng mabuti yung kotse.

sa arcade, i play wangan midnight maximum tune 3dx and initial d arcade stage 3. gusto ko ang maximum tune dahil sa realistic transmission pero not that realistic. pero enjoy sa transmission, makes it closer to reality.

opinion ko lang, hindi mag-iimprove ang driving skill mo sa games dahil sa race oriented mga eto. i rather do actual drving practice on a open field. kung talagan racer ka, go play gran turismo series.

not only in car racing but also in 2 wheeler racing like motoGP, mtx vs ATV, etc.

ako naman nalaro ko na iyong NFS halos lahat naman ng versions but I think its more of a arcade game e kaya di rin ngtagal, pati Grand turismo but for me I still prefer f1 games, i've been playing this game for 10 years now, from ps1, ps2, pc, psp. For now I'm currently playing rfactor with f1 mods of course,every year may update ang season nila.
