    ** DCT not included

    Hi

What's the proper to slowly inch forward in traffic using AT / CVT?

Should we alternate between D and N or just use the brake?

    Thanks

keep it in D and use the brake pedal.
you can also shift from D to N to D, but only if the waiting times are long-er. but even then, personally, i find this irritating sometimes.
bottomline, do whatever feels less irritating to you.

I drive a 6sp torque converter and at almost 240,000km it works great. I use "D" and brakes alone on slow or fast and even at full stop traffic.

tip: get your right hand off of the transmission knob or your phone

pag panay ang shift mo from D to N to D mapupudpod yung planetary gear friction band. so the best practice is to keep it in D and just use the brakes.

Oh no, I shift to N on 60sec red lights. Should I stay in D?
