    bakit kaya NLEX lang?
    bat di kasama SLEX tsaka Coastal?

    dahil ba private sector (ata) ang nagpapatakbo neto?

    nagpapalakas sa publiko. 2007 is the year the nlex original franchise is supposed to expire. might take congress to have them extended/renewed - but i doubt it. wala naman silang bagong kalsada - inayos lang naman nila (ng konti) yung lumang kalsada.

    from balintawak to guiguinto - 4 lanes were added.
    from guiguinto to pulilan - a lane was added.
    from san fernando to sta. ines - two lanes were added.


    inayos ng KONTI? that might be the understatement of the year. I use the NLEX everyday at ramdam na ramdam ko ung changes na nangyari.

    as I've said... they might have pegged the original toll price based on a projected higher dollar-peso exchange (to pay off the P20B loan taken out for the NLEX rehab). even our company before was projecting it to hit 59-1 for 2006. but that didn't materialize and so the lower debt payment is projected for 2007.

    good news! hopefully slex will follow, but i doubt it since they are planning to rebuild the the metropolis flyover..
