from balintawak to guiguinto - 4 lanes were added.
from guiguinto to pulilan - a lane was added.
from san fernando to sta. ines - two lanes were added.
inayos ng KONTI? that might be the understatement of the year. I use the NLEX everyday at ramdam na ramdam ko ung changes na nangyari.

as I've said... they might have pegged the original toll price based on a projected higher dollar-peso exchange (to pay off the P20B loan taken out for the NLEX rehab). even our company before was projecting it to hit 59-1 for 2006. but that didn't materialize and so the lower debt payment is projected for 2007.

good news! hopefully slex will follow, but i doubt it since they are planning to rebuild the the metropolis flyover..
