    Hi, sabi sa epass website meron sa SM North na application/update billing info for my epass account? If so saan po banda sa mall? Parang wala naman kasi ako nakita eh need to update my credit card info for auto debit.

    tawag ka sa epass hotline, alam ko pa phase out na yan in the end of 2015... AutoSweep RFID na tayo ngayon...

    They should have at least the courtesy to email the existing ePass owners if they plan to phase it out.

    i agree! tska wala na courtesy lalo na they are to be evicted out of business due to take over of San Miguel corporation... bye bye Capstone technologies (the provider of EPASS)

    Is it really better than e-pass? I'm okay to migrate to RFID, only if it performs better. Heard some bad stories about the tags not reading well.

    Actually the challenge w rfid is the loading
    Unless you auto debit it w your credit card its ok.

    I use it daily from calamba to c5
    Some terminals have problem reading it
    Thats when you give then your rfid petron card.

    Loading is the real challenge
    Wala pa silang online facility
    Pag sa SM naman may charge pa sila
    Though mabilis ang updating nila sa balance

    They should atleast offer online loading facility with the top 3 local banks para happy customers. Ang convenient kasi, kahit bagong gising at di pa nakakapag mumog at hilamos pwede ng magbayad basta may internet at syempre pondo. Even with a minimal fee Ok lang pero syempre better kung Free. =)

    Malaki na rin naman kinita ni Capstone, lalo na nung 2012 na macha charge ka ng 2x sa isang exit, seconds apart, or farthest exit ang charge kahit hindi. In my case, naka enroll ako sa email SOA nila so nagre request ako ng adjustment, may naga grant meron hinde, e pano pa ung hindi naka enrol at walang pakialam sa nababawas na load. edi fiesta si Capstone!

    The only reason why im staying with the old one is because of the bpi loading facility. Basta na lang makalipat wala pa rin sa ayos masyado payment facilty

    kasama sa birth pains yan in business terms, syempre bago pa lang ito implement kaya meron pa konti problema, alam ninyo naman na majority ng magagaling na pinoy eh wala sa pinas, nasa abroad!

    in short mas ok pa din ito AutoSweep RFID kase minimal cost (P200-300) to free para sa user, not unlike E-PASS na P1800-999 ang cost

    They know naman siguro firsthand na may existing platform na why not at least do the same...

    Due to that ba hindi pwede mag ayos man lang yung bagong privider na magkaroon ng deal with any bank para sa online payment facility like for example the bpi online reload?

    Hilaw kasi ang dating ng rollout pero sana man lang before they take full control eh maayos na ito

    Exactly 5 months into your wish, wala pa ring ibang payment options, sayang lang ang tatak SMC nila. I hope hindi true yung sinabi ng RFID reps na hanggang end of this year na lang ang Epass/Capstone. My epass is so reliable and easy to load.
