how do you find those na nauuna pa sumakay kesa car owner/driver? not unless being told so.

I am holding the wheel and the controls so everybody just needs to buckle up. I don't want somebody else waving hands in front of me or reaching out near the tranny lever while the car is in motion.
I don't worry about such thing as a pecking order when getting inside my car. I expect my passengers to get in asap and buckle up. I only have problems when they don't buckle up.
Sometimes, I am last to get in because I check to make sure the house locks are set or no one/anything is left behind.
One more rule I have is whoever is behind the wheel has the choice of music being played. So, if my daughter is driving, the rest of us have to put up with her music. However, I have the choice of turning it down if it's too loud or distracting.
I also don't have a white knight syndrome. If my passengers are just milling around outside, I bark out, "What are you waiting for? Get in! The quicker you get in and buckle up, the quicker we can get on our way." That applies to everyone, including my wife, my kids, and my wife's friends.
One big rule I have is buckling up. I always say, "Everyone got their seat belts on?" I tell my passengers pointblank I will not start the car until everyone buckles up.

Definitely no smoking! I used to smoke when I was young, but now, I can't stand the smell.
Plus, for ladies, pinapauna naman talaga usually sumakay, and the polite thing to do is to reach for the driver's door (from the inside) to open.
if the gentleman doesn't open the lady's door from the outside, she's done. "she's not worth it", he is thinking. nothing will come of the relationship.
if the seated lady doesn't reach over and unlock the gentleman's door, he's done, too. "he's not worth it", she thinks. nothing will come of the relationship.
If I dealt with patients or elderly people like my mother in law, I prepped the car first. It's usually my wife who helped her into the car because their seats are on the same side.
They didn't walk with me to the car. I brought the car to them because safety required my mother in law not walking too far.
