June 17th, 2003 10:02 AM #11technique dyan ganito para sure ka may oil yun cylinders mo. make sure cold ang engine. then start mo engine BUT run it for 10 seconds only at high idle AFTER the oil light turns off. this way the oil has circulated through (may pressure na off na yun oil light di ba) and the oil will not easily flow kasi malamig pa. that cold oil will stay on the cylinder walls and bearings after you shut off the engine. hot oil will mostly flow down. then when you start your engine again after 3 weeks ok lang sya.
