2nd quarter of this year in the Philippines.

btw, try cornering and braking in a 6. you'll see the big difference.

isn't the Avalon just a refaced Camry (but targeted for more mature buyers?)?

the new avalon's platform is "distantly" derived from the camry platform which was stretched to make this car bigger, but that's about the same part they share. most if not all of avalon's parts and components are exclusively for Toyota USA's flagship sedan, including its new 3.5L V6 producing 280 horsepower(the strongest of camry's 2 V6 engines have 225hp.
i think the new avalon is totally cut above the camry level that it competes more againt Lexus' ES330 ,making it redundant IMHO.

me think that the Avalon is bigger than the Camry.

parang ang Camry e MIDSIZE, tapos yung Avalon e FULLSIZE.

O.T. Camry Solara that is one Coupe Convertible na nakakatulo ng laway. much better looking than the Accord counterpart.
