I think paint lang yan.

I've seen something like that paint na ginawa nila Chip Foose sa Rides sa discovery channel once. They painted black first then silver then buffed to achieve the mirror effect or chrome effect. Konti lang naman layers ginawa parang salamin/chrome nga ang labas. roof lang ginawa nila sa car that time.
