Lexus has turned a normal road car into a stunning mirror creation — and it was all inspired by US rapper 50 Cent.
The After Sales Division team at Lexus decided to cover this IS250 completely in chrome after discovering on the internet that 50 Cent had done a similar thing to his Lamborghini.
A member of the team, Wayne Pickering, said they used the same company that applied the Mirrachrome paint to the rap artist's car.
"They flew the car out, sprayed it and sent it back," Mr Pickering said.
"I've been told he wants another one done, apparently a new Ferrari."
The Lexus creation took 10 weeks to complete and is believed to be worth about $100,000, with the paint job alone worth more than $30,000.
As well as the chrome finish, it has also been given a body kit. Apart from these changes it remains a normal road model.
But don't get too excited — Lexus said it was very unlikely this chromed showcar would become a production version.
The Sydney-based Lexus team were reunited with the car this week when it arrived back in Sydney from Melbourne for next week's motor show.

parang mas ok ata kung ginaya nalang nila yung audi avus na polished aluminum skin. at least mas light weight pa sha. extra weight din yang chrome na yan eh..

So it's real chrome? Or real chrome paint? So... why is the grille still shinier than the rest of the car? I could've chrome-plated the whole thing for that much money!
