Kaya pala dumadami ang Celerio Gold owners....

Are you serious? Who on their right mind would buy an Expedition? Joke lang po but I get your point as the Expedition is priced higher than the Pilot in North America but is cheaper here in the Philippines compared to the Pilot thus your point. Again, no offense meant but I did not expect the Expedition to set the bar for this price range pero nasa Pinas nga pala tayo, hehehe. Majority loves American cars dito sa atin which I don't understand but sadly, ito talaga ang reality. Personally, I would take the Land Cruiser which is more or less kapresyo ng Pilot locally.

    Sorry OT.

Mahirap at mahabang magturo ng Marketing101 to the above poster (plus iba yata definition nito ng FLOP) kaya yung Suzuki Philippines na lang ang patututsadahan ko.....

The SX4 is the cheapest vehicle available in AWD in North America bar none. In fact, it is still one of the cheapest subcompacts available even if the unit being offered in North America is better spec'd with AWD, 2.0L engine and CVT.

Suzuki Philippines decided to cut corners and packaged the SX4 with an M16A engine, a regular 4AT and no AWD mainly to offset the transporation cost (remember that the SX4 is a CBU) . Yes, the SX4 is still cheaper compared to Toyota, Honda, Nissan and Mitsubishi subcompacts pero considering that we are getting much much less compared to what North America is getting, the pricing scheme is still debatable and borderline unfair. Thus, the marketing ploy to make it affordable and make the consumer think that they are still getting a subcompact car cheaply where in fact, IMHO, the SX4 is overpriced at almost P900,000.

Ako. But I settled to Explorer because of size issues. Masyado malaki Expedition EL para sa'kin.

aside sa hindi bumenta mataas yung cost of production or importation.. so the figures of units sold or you see around isn't really a sign if it's flop or not..
