Cito Beltran's car could be the earliest surviving car in the Philippines, i'm not sure if its exactly the first one that arrived in the Philippiones.

Based on my research, the 1st automobile that arrived in the Philippines was a "Georges Richard" imported by La Estrella del Norte, it was owned by Dr. Miciano in 1900.
The 1904 Richard-Brassier of Cito Beltran was brought by La Estrella del Norte and sold to Augusto and Demetrio Tuazon.

One thing common with the info of these two early automobiles, they were both imported to the country by La Estrella del Norte.

Richard-Brassier is the successor of Georges Richard, the name change was done in 1902 after designer Brasier joined the company.

Sample of a 1900 Georges Richard

The first automobile dealership(importer) in the Country was Bachrach Motor Co, in Manila, they were an affiliate of Ford Motor Company, they opened in 1907.
