April 15th, 2009 07:12 AM #41...pwedi po bang ipakuha o ipa-apply sa kamaganak yung student permit?Pumapayag ba sila ng non-appearance? Andito po me sa abroad and I want a permit na almost 1 month in order to apply for non-pro,is it possible?
Also ano po ba itsura ng student permit at ano-ano ang mga important details na nakalagay dun?

madali lang ba yung process, isang araw lang ba ang process nun?
kasi sa july, mag 18 na ako eh, how much ba yung fee nun?

If you are going to get a student permit that won't take you long, you may avail this at an LTO district office near your place.
If you have a valid student permit and you want to renew it to a license then you have to go to an LTO Licensing Center. You have to set aside probably a day for the process.

kailangan pa bang magkaroon ng student's permit bago mag-apply for a non-pro driver's license? pano pag marunong na mag-drive pero walang student's permit, puwede na ba dumiretso sa non-pro license application?

You can apply directly for a non-professional driver's license.

True. A1 for example requires their clients to have a Student's Permit for driving before allowing them to enroll.

you should secure a student licence before driving to avoid problems with traffic enforcers. by the way, you can only drive your car when you have a person with a non-professional license accompanying you. after a month of driving, you can now secure for yourself a non-professional license. if you are sixteen years of age, you can only get your non-professional license when you reach seventeen.
