driving lesson o license?

madali lang kumuha nang student license.. pinakuha ko yung wife ko nung isang araw sa may LTO sa shaw blvd, took her 20 mins lang.. so mas maganda kumuha muna nang student.. bago mag apply sa driving school..

I enrolled at a driving school and they required me for a student permit but my problem is i don't have a TIN which is requirement ata in getting a student permit. Pwede ba makakuha ng student permit khit wla akong TIN? Help namn po.. My lessons will start next week... waaaah.. I think im in trouble..
