Do you lock your ride(s) in even in your own garage?

Always wanted to know how many of you out there lock your car or cars in your own garage at night .

Call me paranoid but I do almost everynight for good measure. Even with our dogs roaming around and good lighting.

I do lock the cars even if its inside our home... You can never be too sure diba? Kung sa mga exclusive subdivisions nga meron pa ring mga nakawan, what more kung wala ka sa isang subdivision? Bute na yung nag-iingat. Better safe than sorry diba?

sometimes i do, sometimes i don't. one of my cars locks itself so i guess that one is always locked.

when i'm airing out the interior, i even leave the windows and sunroof open.

noon i only lock the doors...

pero nung isang gabi nagkaroon ng nakawan ng spare tire & side mirrors dito sa amin (5 cars nadale, buti di ako included)... i now use the alarm to lock my car!

yup.. always lock with alarm on, steering wheel lock and nakacover pa yung dvd player and twin monitor behind the headrest...

kahit nasa subdivision kame, meron pa din nakakasingit na nakawan..

I live in the UK and have learned the hard way even with vehicle already locked. My car is now in my garage locked with alarm on and wheel locks. In some cities you have to keep the vehicle locked even when you are in it!

We don't lock our doors in our garage.. we have 2 dogs in our garage and our gate is from floor to ceiling so there is now way that masasalisihan kami.. adding the fact that our dogs bark even in a little kaluskos....

Wala naman kasing door yung garahe namin, gate lang, but we don't keep it locked. We used to before, kaya lang hassle everytime when you have to unlock it.

But we always keep our cars locked at naka-arm ang alarm.

Nope. I do lock the garage doors at night just in case*. It's a safe neighborhood, though. I often see cars with iPods still hooked up to the car stereos.....and bikes left up front in the open.

*My wife insists on it because the neighborhood kids love to grab drinks (with my permission) from the fridge in our garage. I normally keep it fully stocked with bottled water and sodas...plus my stash of Coronas.

My wife is true-blue Pinay. She's still not fully used to seeing non-Pinoys going in and out of our house up to now.

wala kayo sa'kin, may isang cabinet ako ng damit nasa garahe. kasi noon nag-move-in misis ko, kulang pa 2 closet sa bahay. minsan nga pag nakalimutan ko mag-prepare ng house shorts, lumalabas ako sa garahe nakatwalya eh

She's more worried about the stuff inside the fridge and freezer being stolen than the cars. We already have a double-size fridge in the kitchen. So yes, it's a Pinoy thing.

I don't lock our cars...we lived in a subdivision and meron roaming guards 24 hrs...and we have 7 or 8 ft high perimeter fence tapos yun gate namin is totally closed..you can;t see the cars from outside....

I always make sure na naka lock ung car even sa garahe, ksi pag dumating ung kinakapatid ko then mag park sha loob. kinukuha lagi lahat ng coins ko at nililipat sa kotse nya. ... kaya ako pag dating sa parking fee. lagi akong nagtataka bakit ubos na ung coins ko..
