Personally, I find monetary tips insulting unless it's in an industry where tipping is practiced (waiter, driver, salon stylist, mechanic etc).

Car agents are in sales. I don't think you should give them anything.
Pag bumibili ba kayo sa malls nag binigay kayo ng tip sa mga sales lady?
Siguro Naman mas kailangan ng mga sales lady yun tip na binigay niyo, nakatayo Sila buong araw just to make a sale.
They earn by commissions not tips. It's part of their job description to go out their way to
Make their clients happy

Agree. I don't think it is common practice to tip a sales agent. It's a bit ironic actually. What I do if I like the service rendered, I refer him/her to friends and family.
But it is a free country and we can do as we please.
I could give a tip to buyers though. Stay away from the pretty ones. 😊

But they're in service business not sales.
Service charge i-pool nila to share among themselves. Yun tips is for them personally or yun iba ipunin nila tapos paghatian nila rin lahat.
Sales agent yun commission sa kanila lang personally yun, Doon talaga Sila
