    Hey guys! Kelangan pa ba magbigay tip sa sales agent natin? If yes, how much? My mode of payment is cash so medyo mabigat na para saken ilalabas ko kaya isip ko if need pa ba magbigay tip or malaki na commission niya sa sale.

    Do you give tips to a salesperson when you buy something from the mall? Or do you give tips to the storekeeper in the market? Hehehehe

    These agents make a good commission on every car they sell. Their rewards system is based out of the volume of sales they can make.

    no. they already earned a commision from the sale. hindi naman yan waiter or taxi driver na maliit ang sweldo. 2% of 2M is P40,000 which is more than enough motivation for them to do the job right.
