A while ago passenger jeeps dared not to wade thru the flooded portion going towards the entrance of Soldiers Hills 2 las pinas. Im the only one who waded my 1996 L200 above the knee-deep flood. All the lights in the instrument panel lit up. But I got thru

When I got out and entered alabang-zapote road from pilar village going towards alabang. IT was surprisingly flooded (below the knee) and I waded at 20kph and my instrument panel again lit up. Again no big deal

Sampaloc area, headlight level flood, waves of water from oncoming vehicles (yes waves not splashes ang lalaki eh) rocking my Fieldmaster as I am contemplating on making a u turn but theres no space to do it. Tapos yung mga bushet na truck sa likod ko binubusinahan ako as if egging me to go forward and watch in grim satisfaction while I stall..So no choice but to attack...I survived, but all those seconds Im crossing the 8-10 meter long watery journey my balls were in my neck.

Intake at the back of the headlight must have helped. Will never do it again though. Hahaha!

related siguro sila nung isang poster.

BTT: Ondoy: about 500 meters of waist deep waters..... kitang -kita ko yun mga nakapark na kotse na sumasabay sa alon ng bow wave.... lumulutang na pala sila! lols! I never saw anyone following me nor anyone crossed that flood before me.
I forded a couple of waist deep waters pero hindi kasing haba nito....

Pedring: forded around 10 kms of thigh deep waters.... some are waist deep... bilib din ako sa ford ranger at siya lang nakakasabay ko bukod sa mga army trucks....
