May 29th, 2006 03:56 PM #6A few weeks ago pumunta kami sa resthouse ng friend ng misis ko sa tagaytay sobrang hilig talga ang family nila sa LandCruiser lahat ng models yata meron sila. There were a total of 5 Landcruisers that day sa resthouse nila. 3 na LC100, 1 LX470 and 1 Prado. Halos lahat ng models ng LC meron daw sila including yung luma na 2 door( gumastos daw ng almost 200K for the parts and acc. all shipped from the U.S. ) Malapit lang kila KCboy ang office nila along benavidez. Pero pagnakita mo ang may ari super down to earth sila at simpleng simple. Meron din silang Ferrari and yung Hummer na camouflaged sa transhow yata or motorshow sa kanya rin.
Lately I've been seeing many tulo-laway cars. Last May, in-laws naman ng cousin ng misis ko bumili ng 06 yellow corvette.
Yesterday morning on my way to church at new manila, naka tabi ko naman white Porsche Carrera father and son with no plates, pumasok sa rolling hills.
Pero nung gabi sa greenhills kasama ko anak ko we watched X-men, meron doon mini display ng mga BMW's sa carpark infront of promenade medyo nilalangaw. There was also a black porsche at my back looking for a parking slot.
Paglabas ko ng parking lot infront of greenhills nagkakagulo sa tabi ng street and all people where walking towards the same direction and HOLY KAMOTE! A silver Mercedes Benz SLR-McLaren with doors opened up and hood is also open. A small guy in his late 60's was showing off his super car. I saw a Mercedes CLS on EDSA last saturday, the first one i've seen on the road, medyo traffic so nauna na sya, then abt 500 meters later i saw the car again stopped in the middle of EDSA, yun pala binabaan nya yun isang corolla, the driver was a big guy. I didn't see if he pulled out a gun because a ice truck was blocking my view, so yun natapos yun i found him at my back eh meron mga kupal na bus driver blocking the Pasong tamo underpass so yun pinag bubusina nya, syempre ako din, when we got pass that nauna na ako kumanan sa pasong tamo but i didn't see him pass. Sa tingin ko hinintuan din nya yun bus driver kasi nakaharang pa din dun.
