alam ko the comprehensive and TPL is partners, pero pwedeng wala kang comprehensive insurance, pero ang TPL lagi meron
required na talaga ngayun ang naka insured ang tsikot pag naka financing ka, para in case ma carnap/carjack yung tsikot, para meron ka pa makukunan ng ibabayad sa bangko, ako pinadalhan na ng letter ng bank na mag expire na daw yung insurance ko in two months time

tama silang lahat, you don't have a choice, whether you like it or not since naka-loan pa sa bank yun car mo....

October 3rd, 2007 07:52 PM #13dapat din accredited ng bank ang kukunan mo ng comprehensive insurance.just ask the bank muna kung accredited ba if ever you'll scout a cheaper comprehensive insurance policy kasi baka di nila tanggapin.

October 3rd, 2007 09:24 PM #14Eto pala ang tanong ko...
D b ang TPL na binayaran sa unang taon good for 3 yrs na? Kasi alam ko lahat ng sasakyan to be reg sa LTO dapat me TPL. Since 3 yrs na LTO naun, ganun din ba TPL?
So kung 2nd yr mo, dapat walang ng TPL dun. So definitely mas mababa bukod pa sa depreciation ng sasakyan.
Tama po ba? Im due to renew by the end of Oct.
Salamat

lolidus,
I had the same problem with the in-house recently lang, mahal masyado, but I was able to get an insurance cheaper and with packages on top of the ordinary stuffs (towing, hotels kapag nasiraan ka , etc, di ko sure what else). If you want, I can PM you the contact person and name of insurance.

October 5th, 2007 01:46 AM #17Basically, the car isn't considered fully 'yours' until the loan is fully paid. That's why the creditor almost always insists on comprehensive coverage AND provides a list of accredited insurers (to make sure the insurer can and will pay). I suggest you get your hands on who their accredited insurers are then canvass/get an agent whose principal is accredited.
My agent's contact info is not with me right now and might take a while to get pero kung kailangan mo talaga, PM mo na lang ako ulit. Siya din kasi agent namin sa life and general eh.

I believe that it is more practical to get TPL after the 3rd year na.
Tell the bank to give you other insurance company options for lower rates because that 28k (or 2k a month per year) is a killer . Meron atang cut ang bank manager dyan .
