Question, saan assembled ang Suzuki Swift?
Haha.. Mas mura pa. Dumadaan pa kasi sa dealer. Nag mamahal pa lalo.."
Ito sagot mo sir.
"Be realistic. Paano ka bibili ng car if ang planta ay nasa Japan, Thailand, Korea, US, Germany, etc? Kahit simpleng screw or bolt lang, may MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) yan pag binili mo sa planta. Ilan car ba ang balak mo bilhin?"
Ito reply ko ulit.
"Admin.

We will buy suzuki swift this year.
Car dealers have very little margin in the sale of any car. They get most of their revenues from the services they offer (PMS, mechanical/body repairs, parts, fluids, etc.) Besides, they will only refer you to a dealer if you need to purchase a car. This is to protect their dealers.
Think of printers. You can get a printer for as little as 1.5-2k. It it's the sale of consumables like ink, toner, printhead, imaging drum, etc. is where they get most of their revenues from.
Automobile manufacturers like Mitsubishi Motor Phils are almost 100% foreign owned. Such companies are not allowed to engage in retail business such as car dealerships.
That's why cars have to be sold by dealers that are mostly Filipino owned.
Car dealerships use the brand only under license from the foreign manufacturer.
Everything you buy is from a profit company. Ultimo yosi or candy e. Kahit sa planta mo binili, may markup to cover their expenses plus ung bayad sa effort na ginawa nila.
Small time yan. Then imagine it on a large scale. If candy, bbilhin mo ng piso, ibbenta mo ng 2pesos e may karapatan mag 100% markup, kotse pa kaya. ;)
Selling goods or cars in this case, without markup, is like working for free.
Sa totoo lang, yung OP naman is a sensible question. And so far, yung reply ni philsat hindi naman out of line.
Gusto niyo ban kagad.
Nonsense ba na malaman natin ang whole markup of dealer and manufacturer. Maybe on you. You look nonsense to me.
Maybe my brain is different to them.. Hindi maiiwan na masagasaan ang paniniwala.. Midyo mahilig ako sa debate and mahirap ako matalo diyan for sure.
I know my self and my achievement.
That's it philsat. We already gave you enough warnings.
Your mentality of "if mas magaling ka sakin maghahanap ako ng way na mas maging magaling sayo" isn't constructive at all. You can't seem to grasp the idea of just letting go. You say you're a good debater but your manner of arguing is awful and out of line.
Pinagbigyan ka na ilang beses pero any chance na makapagprovoke ng ibang tao, you take it.
Disagreements happen in the forums every single day. I've been here in Tsikot for almost a decade and I know the difference between an intellectual argument and senseless provocation driven by ego. Your posts are always more of the latter.

I think they want to prove na mas magaling sa akin.. Hehe. Paki tignan kung saan nag simula.
As normal filipino.
Deym!!!
Yung sinasabi mo 600k php SRP na 450k php ang value is how many percent? That is 75% or SRP.
So there is a more or less difference of 4.5% on excise tax alone, followed by a smaller footprint to store the equipment as well as most likely smaller chassis hence allowing for shipping more in the same volume container.
But for arguments sake, dun sa assumption na na 60-65% yung value ng car from the factory, we can add 5% so that falls in line with a 65% to 70% for the sub 500k php value car (not SRP).
At 600k php SRP, 70% is about 420k, close to your figure already. So gets mo na ba?
Pano yung discrepancy sa 30k then? That's where the variance comes in as we don't know complete details of every dealer in the land. But it gives you already the idea. But I would more or less understand if the profit margin is higher than 6% as the peso value is lower for this price point.
So stop repeating, the answer is already in this thread.
IF you really wanted to learn, you will read and UNDERSTAND what is being said. Hindi read and REJECT.

I vote for ban. Philstat. You are a disaster sa tsikot ngayong week.
I accept your info. May na contra ba ako? Nag lagay ako ng na 600 to 450. Mali ba yun?
