i used to do it before para madaling start sa umaga sa former car ko. the only thing i noticed is that may nangangamoy na gasoline smell after shutting down the engine. if i don't do that, wala namang amoy.

i don't think revving your engine twice or thrice before shutting of the engine can charge your battery effectively. battery life is dependent on the condition of your alternator eh. if your alternator is good, it charges your battery while you are moving, so parang walang nawawalang power sa battery mo. if not, hindi tama ang charging ng battery, resulting in diminished battery power during startups.

i just don't know the opinion ng ibang peeps dito. :wink:
