All engine parts ba ay china at aasembled in china?

Also, try to observe the suspension system, balita ko medyo di maganda at matagtag sya. Another thing is it's braking power, medyo mahina daw.

Pakiramdam ko di nila pinaghandaan at pinag aralan mabuti yung new units from japan bago nila binenta sa tao.
Yung limited at yung basic.

April 19th, 2012 11:47 AM #126Actually, what I got from them was the very basic package for the Blizzard 4x2 (srp 673,000.00). Their promo includes 3yr LTO reg, Comprehensive Insurance and Chattel. With the Blizzard's basic package, it has a 2DIN typical stereo (which I replaced immediately), a digital in/out temp sa rearview mirror (which I think is not that accurate), backing sensor (which is really a plus for me because of it's size, hirap mag tantya ng pag backup), the "auto close window" feature once you lock the doors (not really a "must" but it's a plus if you ask me).
I got the Blizzard sa Munoz Casa and my Agent is Lhala. Service is being handled naman sa Balintawak Service Center (I believe this is their main branch). From the 1000Km PMS up to 20,000Km PMS sa kanila ko dinadala and all I can say is that the service and parts are "fairly priced", excellent based on their charge and staff are very friendly (from their mechanic up to the manager). They listen to what the customer wants and suggests, they provide options and they give discounts on parts. Backjobs (which I encountered twice, though not that major) are entertained quite good, just be sure to schedule ahead every time you will visit them.
I haven't experienced going to CASA's of the big players (Japan Automobiles), our first car was the Korean Kia Pride GTX A/T, which was bought brand new way back 1999 (mahirap lang kami, di afford ang Japanese Cars ). We've exhausted the 100K/3yr warranty of the former vehicle and after visiting several branches, we felt that it's not practical to have the car serviced sa CASA because of the widely available parts. Though I still have a long way with the Foton (just had my 20K PMS), Parts and Service from CASA is still affordable (they gave me the cost of services up to 100K so I'll have an idea of the expenses) so I might stick to them (for now).
With how the CAI (Chinese Automotive Industry) hitting the Country's market like storm, replacement parts would probably ramp up on our suking "auto supply" so probably by end of this year, we will not be tied up to the CASA in getting parts particularly the exterior (headlights, tail lights, etc.). Engine internals, suspension and the likes are already available naman at least for the Foton (due to it's "Isuzu technology"), ewan ko lang sa competitors (Great Wall, JMC, etc.) because I haven't really had the chance to look into them.

July 29th, 2012 11:18 PM #130Mga Little Boys. Whenever I go to the grocery, I tell my children to buy anything except made in China. Lets help also our country nang maramdaman ng mga intsik na yan na binoboycot natin sila....
