March 23rd, 2015 03:32 PM #1Hi guys please help me in deciding,
there's a focus 2013 in olx that i really like
and the price is really a nice deal, but i'm a bit worried
i've been reading a lot of horror stories with the DCT of focus
my bestfriend's brother in law's focus is in and out of casa due to
oil seal in transmission 3 times already and here's his exact words:
so guys any info? please help po

If you have the budget and ready for future implications... bakit hinde.

in my case bagong bili ko yung mazda bt50 pickup ko. kaso lang nung nabili ko yun wala pang mga reviews na gaano, puro positive lahat. yun pala sirain ang turbo. sa 1 year (bought brand new february 2014) 3 turbo replacement na, 1 intercooler replacement at 1 busted turbo hose. KUNG TATANUNGIN MO AKO KUNG ALAM KO ITO BAGO AKO BUMILI, KUNG ITUTULOY KO PA, the answer is a big NO! pag nasira pa ulit turbo papa-lemon law ko na. refund na lang, lugi na kung lugi. ibang pick up na lang bibilhin ko (NOT FORD RANGER, KAKAMBAL NG BT50 YUN).

^No. lemon law requirement is 1st time the problem happens must be within the first 10,000 km or 1 year from date of purchase whichever comes first. 1st occurrence was at 5300 km and only 5 months from date of purchase so pasok pareho sa odo reading and date. naka 4 repairs na sila of the same nature (charging air problem), isang sira pa 100% applicable na ang lemon law.
