if it's the "rare as faithful men" ad, it's not new. the next exped is gonna be all-independent na rin, so it's a true soft-roader now.

I havent seen the local ad but i think the All new Exped has been out since last year pa in the states diba?

It's all new and no longer based on the F150 chassis. Independent rear suspension siya and three-forward facing rows ang seating arrangement. It's also more square in line with Ford's new design philosophy.

Buti na lang naka-habol pa kami sa last of the GEN I Expeditions para solid axle pa rin sa likod.

it's more like a minivan now than a real truck... la pa rin tatalo sa patrol 4x4 for ~2M pesos hehe

Well, good for you Hero!

Compared to the current Gen, I like the new Expedition's rear flat floor. It seems every rear seat folds flat into the floor, unlike the current Gen's which requires the 3rd row to be removed.

From what i've seen in the pics, though, it seems the new Exped looks very much like the Explorer/Sport Trac, just a bigger version though. Wish it didn't too much, para d mapagkamalan Explorer/Sport Trac. Perhaps seeing it in the flesh may change my initial perception.

Parang not-so-well. Prospective buyers don't even know how to pronounce its name.

And masikipip daw ang 2nd row seating compared to the Expedition.

Heto ang dumbest reason for not choosing the Tahoe over the Expedtion: hindi daw kasi umiilaw ang stepboard. Wow, sa stepboard na pala nakasasalay ang isang major purchase! hehehe.

pano nyan, wala na ring ilaw ata ang new exped, nasa ilalim na ng side mirrors yung ilaw.

went to the showroom kanina...available immed delivery sya!!
syempre naman e ang dami ng bumili nung luma at ang dami rin sumuko sa consumption at maintenance costs...pero kanina while i was talking with the ahente..may naglalabas ng kulay green wow swerte naman nila!

sabi sa specs naging mas mahaba at wider..ewan ko lang yung "wider" cguro sa mas rectangular yung side mirrors which are now heated...tapos wala ng ilaw ang running boards...pero ganda ng interior parang compact nga e..pero in an ok kind of way...and the 3rd seats fold flat yan ang ok! it looks modern without the chrome bumpers..the old ones look kinda 80's na tuloy sobrang truck tuloy ang dating..ganda ng bago! cross lang fingers ko sana bef xmas makabili kami...e kala kasi tagal ng wait eh..ngayon medyo napasubo tuloy ehehehe 1.949m aint no joke!

Yong iba kasing AM stations, hindi makuha. Pag nasa daan ako, ito ang mga papalit palit na AM stations tuwing 7-9 ng umaga.

DZMM 630 DZBB 594 and DWIZ 882 KHz. Personalities sa umagang ito ay si Korina, Mike Enriquez and Ernie Maceda.

Kaya, tinanggal ko yong 2-din stock, pinalitan ko ng 1-din Pioneer (ok lang kahit may butas) .. :D
