regular size i don't think so. medyo cumbersome ipasok, if mga walter ppk or senorita probably it will suffice personally i don't have the guts to pry that open like vivafoxpro. after 5 years siguro heheh

Nice. So "secret" compartment seems to be an airbag compartment for other markets. Sana lang nilagyan nila nang pocket and push lock para sa mga markets na stripped down ang center airbag.

Walang airbag dyan sa center, indicator lang yan for the passenger airbag kasi sa US model yung passenger airbag pwede deactivate to save on repair costs just in case on an accident and no one is seating in the passenger side...

mayroon sigurong ikinakabit diyan kasi kung airbag indicator lang yan why not put it on the same asean models kung cost savings on repair cost? Siguro yung molder ng part manufacturer ay hindi kayang mag mold ng katulad sa US version na fiesta para ngang flimsy yung plastic ng removable panel diyan na it is not designed to be open and closed so I will take caution of modifying it.

I made measurements today for some sketchy plan I have for this compartment

width - 125mm
height - 30mm
depth - 140mm

It is a box in itself and found no holes yet. I think what will be placed in it will just stay put.

The "de-activate" for the passenger side airbag is more of a safety feature. If you have a "small adult" or pregnant female in the passenger seat...you don't want the airbag to deploy, as it could actually cause more damage to the occupant, instead of saving them injuries. It is especially recommended to be disabled if using a "rearward facing child restraint" as it could potentially fire the seat and child into the back of the car.
