yes pinababa ng may ari from Baguio to Ford Global. Imagine 3am sila tinirik daw nung Everest nya. kasama nya wife nya at mga anak na maliliit pa plus bisita. Sobra daw nakakahiya. Bagong bago pa yun e. Basahin nyo buong kwento ng may ari sa fb group ng everest. di pa daw pede claim as lemon car kasi sa batas pala meron several attempts to repair muna bago ma consider lemon. wow.. ang sakit naman nun
Salamat OB Ang bait mo tAlaga....!!!
Sana kunin ka na ni lord... He he joke...
Isolated case. Kung marami nang ganyan, that will be very alarming. Sa ngayon, nag-iisa pa lang yan and it shouldn't be blown out of proportion by the owner. Pasalamat nga siya Ford will be replacing the whole transmission free of charge because of warranty. Papalitan lang unit niya ng Ford once umulit yung problem and will fall under the Lemon Law. And the definition of a lemon car is if it underwent repairs for the same problem numerous times. And we Ford owners have the Emergency Roadside Assistance in case we encounter a problem.
Two cases within the first batch is alarming. That's no longer isolated.
Kaya GMC at Lincoln na binibili nila other than Jap brand.

It's the manufacturers that benefit more on the Lemon Law dati nung wala pa yan may case sa isang dealership way back late 90s na-over tighten ng technician yung adjustment ng front wheel bearing pre-load which resulted to broken spindle buti na lang the owner was driving at around 30kph when the front right wheel went ahead of him.
When the owner got mad pinalitan agad ng brand new unit and i think around 40T kms na rin natakbo, ibang klaseng commitment sa customer satisfaction di ba. Eh ngayon kahit naging at risk ka together with your family...wait ka muna for terms and conditions Lemon Law.
Dapat sana case to case basis kasi justice delayed is justice denied...parang matira ang matibay, asar talo.
sir kung sa inyo po mangyari ito: "scenario"= nagkaroon ng total failure transmission ang inyong brand new ford everest at 2 a.m. in mount banahaw at may kasama ka pang bata na nag dedede , then whats your course of action? just curious sir and please enlighten us..because the owner of the subject new ford everest that malfunctioned in kennon is asking help and nobody replied yet (ford everest Phils facebook page)..or can you just say "thank you ford for your willingness to change my brandnew ford everest transmission, hulog po kayo ng langit"
If this issue happens to me after I parted with my P1M+ hard earned cash, sasagasaan ko kaagad pag sasabihan akong isolated case lang to. :asar:
They are cold , insenstive, somettimes power tripping group tsking advsntsge of your misfortune.
My ford explorer is 2.4M when bought. After warranty, so many features were acting up, tpms, abs, automatic climate aircon, the automatic seats, and other yellow light like cruise control turining on and off intermittently, and the change oil sign always reminding me kahit naka-change oil
Sabi ko sa sarili. If pagawa ko to lahat in the spirit od perfection, i will spend almost 250k sa repair bill, consideriing the tpms pa lang is 12k a tire
I had that dilemma noon. Sell this trash ford car at a loss of like 400k price, losing 2m in 3 years.
So i took the road less travelled, i became jnvolved in the American forums, carefully solving one problem at a time for 2 years.
I wouldn't want to go that ordeal the 2nd time again, best thing lang is I know my ford explorer now like the back of my head. It's one of my cheap maintsined cars at P 2.5k annually.
Imagine 10 year old car at 39Tk on the odometer. My problems started appearing on tthe 30tk odometer.

Many people dont like me here bsshing those top-of-the line fully loaded brands that are cash cows of car manufscturers, pero pag sinapit nyo nangyari sa kin, you'll realize, a car is simply point a to b, even sedans can handle some unpaved roads. It's not as if you're going to climb a Pinatubo trail everyday, and NLEX or SLEX is just but a fraction of your travel time when you go out of town (for enjoying big displacement engine) , which happens say 4 times a month or say 30 times a year. Btw, the expressway patrols now get bonuses for apprehending radar violators.
Do you need all those features, 3.2L, 3.0, park assist, sensors, cameras, hill stop brake force whatever high fallutin' names they market you and pay hefty 500k more, tapos pag nasira sorry ka na lang. It's not as id corporste legal will treat you more vip than the smbiente buyer. Talo ka lang.
Pinoy pa, ma-pa public, ma pa private opportunista, they thrive on your suffering
First batch din Titanium 4X2 ko na nakuha last September 3. Never had transmission or other problems. Quite satisfied with my purchase.
