Just want to remind Ford Owners to choose your dealers wisely and listen and read the field reports regarding the dealers. Not all dealers will give the same quality of service as what Ford Philippines envision.

I was one of the unfortunate Ford owners who got disappointed with one of the dealers.

Many thanks to Ford Philippines for responding to my letter and addressing the problem. Truly, you still adhere to what they say in their website, "After all, as we say here in Ford, the customer is Job 1."

For the dealer, I hope they change for the better
