Ford cars RELIABILITY issues!!!

I agree. Dct powershift of fiesta and focus are not reliable. My problem with my fiesta s is the transmission . Up to now im waiting for my "clutch kit" assembly to arrive. Avoid the dual clutch of fiesta and focus( even my service manager * ford told me to avoid matic ecosport ).

awww... what is the issue of the power shift tranny? bakit parang hindi na resolve ni FORD yung issue

Try to have it waranteed?
After you change the part Does the oil go away immediately and then come back after a while or does it just continue to leak?

MINE focus 1.8 2008 model a/t no problems so far...

pero once or twice lumabas transmission malfunction and check engine... pero mukhang related ito sa pcv hose na pinalitan ko... so far.. no headache naman ang focus namin... maliban medyo malakas sa gas....

My service manager friend at ford told me to avoid dct (powershit)ecosport, so i guess its the same scenario with the new fiesta

For the 1st, 2nd and third changed of oil seal after a week lang andun na ulit yung leak medyo malakas un, and for 4th time pinalitan ulit pawis pawis nalang sa seal and shaft so may leak parin, pinapalitan ko parin... And now for the 5th time pinalitan may leak nanaman kung sisilipin mo sa ilalim may parang patak sa chasis ayaw malaglag... And i also tried to put clean bond paper sa ilalim over night para ma gauge yung lakas ng leak wala naman patak sa ilalim so mahina, tom. byahe ko zambales bahala na si batman kung itirik kami... Nacoordinate narin namin sa planta and casa nag demand kami service car bago ipasok sa casa ulit yung sasakyan pabalik balik na, after two weeks wala parin sila mabigay na service so ginagamit namin sasakyan na may leak...

Fix Or Repair Daily pwedeng pwede ako pagawa ng sticker na yan then ilagay ko sa likod ng auto...
